Over the past 20 years, I have worked with thousands of Safety and Sustainability professionals, across hundreds of organisations and in multiple countries, witnessing first-hand the evolution of the professions. While supporting some of the most progressive leaders in the sector, I have had a front row seat as they have had to challenge old ways of working and transform themselves to achieve their purpose.
This experience has given me a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge, which coupled with my skills in coaching, learning and facilitation, I am passionate about using wherever I can to have the most impact.
I am perpetually curious, and over the years have shown that my ability to truly listen, understand different perspectives and bring clarity to complex circumstances enables me to support both individuals and teams in a variety of contexts.
Because my own personal growth story is ongoing, I am able to bring openness and transparency to every working relationship. I know what it is to fail and to learn the lessons. This means I can meet you wherever you are on your journey. Personally, I continue to work on myself every day because I know it is critical to living a full and content life and making a difference to those I work with.
